Return & Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refunds for change of mind, incorrect size or color selection, or other customer ordering errors. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, or if you receive an item different from what you ordered, please contact us at [istandwithstrand@gmail.com] within 3 days of delivery.

Please include your order number and clear photos showing the issue. Once the issue is verified, you may choose either:

• A replacement at no additional cost, or
• A refund for the affected item.

You will not be required to return the damaged, defective, or incorrect item once your claim has been approved.

Claims submitted more than 3 days after delivery may not be eligible for a replacement or refund.

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled or modified after they have been placed. Please verify your size, color, shipping information, and other order details before completing checkout.
