Shipping Policy

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after the order is placed. Processing time is separate from shipping/transit time.

Shipping Area
We currently ship within the United States only.

Shipping Options
Standard Shipping: $8.00 — estimated delivery within 3–5 business days after processing.

Express Shipping: $12.00 — estimated delivery within 1–2 business days after processing.

Free Shipping
Free standard shipping is available on orders of $70 or more.

Tracking & Delivery
Tracking information will be provided when available after your order ships.

If tracking shows that an order was delivered but you cannot locate the package, please check around the delivery location, with household members or neighbors, and contact the shipping carrier when appropriate. Orders marked as delivered by the carrier are not automatically eligible for a refund or replacement.

If you entered an incorrect or incomplete shipping address when placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible at istandwithstrand@gmail.com. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been placed.
